Guest rooms are on 2F–9F. As is customary in Japan, there are no rooms ending in 4.客室は2階〜9階です。日本の慣習により、末尾が「4」の部屋番号はございません。

Card key & elevatorカードキーとエレベーターカードキーとエレベーターCard key & elevator

1. In the elevator, hold your card key to the reader first.エレベーターに乗ったら、先にカードキーを読み取り部にかざしてください。

2. Then press your floor. The elevator only stops at guest floors after a card is read.続けて行き先の階を押します。カードを読み取らないと客室階には止まりません。

3. The same card opens your room door.同じカードで客室のドアも開きます。

Please keep your card with you whenever you leave the room. If a card is lost or stops working, the front desk can issue a new one.お部屋を出る際は、必ずカードをお持ちください。紛失や読み取りできない場合は、フロントで再発行いたします。
